Do I need the app or the admin site?

Parishioners only need the phone app. The admin site (opened on a computer) is for people the parish has given management work. Both use one account. See Install the app and sign in.

I cannot sign in

I cannot see an item in the app or the admin site

It is not necessarily a fault. See I cannot find an item: check the selected parish, academy mode and your role.

How do I get a management role in my parish?

Send a request from the parish page in the app, or ask your pastor to give you the role. The steps are in I cannot find an item.

A church's Mass times are wrong

Report it right on the church page. See Report wrong church information.

I want to see my child's attendance and grades

You need to link your child to your account; adding a relative is not enough. See I am a parent or student.

What are Light Points for?

With enough points you can open Holy Cards. See Earn Light Points every day and Collect «Holy Cards».

Who reads the prayers in «Your Heart to God»?

The accompanying priests read them, and prayers are not anonymous. See Your Heart to God.

Does deleting my account delete my parishioner record?

No. Deleting your account does not delete your parishioner record in the parish register. See Change language, text size, notifications.
